7(a) at a Glance
The Small Business Association (SBA) unveiled the 7(a) program in an effort to further the success of the small business community. At Dream Financial Lending Solutions, we’re licensed participants, and we’ll help you stay afloat in today’s competitive market. To qualify, you must meet the specific size guidelines outlined by the SBA. In general, manufacturers are limited to 500 employees, while service providers are limited to 100. 7(a) financing is not available to non-profit organizations.
The 504 Program
A 504 loan is a great way to secure long-term financing. Funds are available for the refinance or purchase of property and other fixed assets. It’s also a great option for large-scale projects, and we offer amounts of up to $12 million with the following restrictions:
- Up to 25 years for real estate (20 for second mortgage)
- Up to 15 years for equipment
- Business must operate for profit
- Commercial real estate must be partially borrower-occupied
